Deep Treatment Project of Wastewater Treatment Plant in a Chemical Park in Heze of China

The park has a lot of coking companies, pharmaceutical intermediates companies, synthetic chemical companies, the total water volume of about 20,000m³/d, there is no domestic and other industrial wastewater, supporting the scale of the sewage plant for 20,000m³/d.

Handling Process

The process is “Pretreatment + Ozone Pre-oxidation + AO Biological Efficiency + Improved Fenton + Filtration and Disinfection”. The project adopts the “ Improved Fenton” wastewater deep treatment process developed by the REC team, which realizes stable and standardized treatment at a lower treatment cost.

 

 

Service Achievements

  • The wastewater treated in this project is the outlet water of the second sedimentation tank after biochemical treatment in the park’s wastewater treatment plant.
  • In case of inlet water CODcr 120-160mg/L, Chromaticity 200-300 times, TP 0.8-1.8mg/L, the system treats the outlet water CODcr ≤ 50mg/L, Chromaticity ≤ 15 times, TP ≤ 0.5mg/L. The cost of wastewater deep treatment chemicals is 0.5-0.8rmb/m³.
