The wastewater treated in this project is the comprehensive wastewater and recycled wastewater after biochemical treatment of a typical coal chemical company.
Handling Process
- The project adopts Deep Defluoridation Technology for Wastewater Complexation, with a planned treatment scale of 24,000 m³/d.
- The process utilizes the original three-stage flocculation and sedimentation system of the wastewater treatment plant to carry out modification, and the deep defluoridation system consumes fewer chemicals and has good treatment effect, which solves the problem that the fluoride of the effluent from the original system of the plant is unable to stably meet the standard.
Service Achievements
- In case of inlet water fluoride 5.0-9.0 mg/L, SS 30-60 mg/L, TP 1.2-1.5 mg/L, the system treats outlet water fluoride ≤ 1.0 mg/L, SS ≤ 10 mg/L, TP ≤ 0.3 mg/L.
- The system stably meets the Standard for Comprehensive Discharge of Water Pollutants in Watersheds Part 1: Nansihu Dongping Lake Watershed (DB37/3416.1) -2018) regulations. The cost of treatment chemicals is 0.6-0.9 rmb/ m³.
