Project Overview
According to market factors and the company’s development policy, the company expects the future production of wastewater to be about 4000m³/d. Combined with the existing production conditions and future development settings, the plant wastewater treatment program will gradually implement “zero wastewater emissions and reuse”.
Handling Process
- The planned scale of the reclaimed water reuse project is 4000m³/d.
- Main process: Pretreatment → Ammonia Distillation System → biochemical MBR → fluorine removal reaction sedimentation tank → hardness removal reaction sedimentation tank → multi-media filter → ultrafiltration system → primary hardness removal resin tank → secondary RO reverse osmosis → reuse.
Service Achievements
- When the system in the case of inlet water COD ≤ 40ppm, F- ≤ 80ppm, TDS ≤ 5000mg / L, the treatment of outlet water for the TOC ≤ 4mg / L, TDS ≤ 220mg / L, Chlorine Ions ≤ 40mg / L. The cost of treatment of reclaimed water is about 14.15rmb / m³.
- Following the use of the system, the treated outlet water can steadily reach the expected quality of treated water, fulfill the requirements of the company’s production water, and gradually replace part of the fresh water to be reused in the production process.
