Shandong Bohui Group Ash Temporary Storage Site Contingency Control Project
  • Project Overview: Bohui Group ash temporary storage site (8 # plot) covers an area of 83 acres, the original function for the Bohui Group power plant ash temporary storage site, the bottom of the field has been done impermeable treatment, the solid waste mainly including sewage treatment plant sludge, slag, fly ash, desulfurization stone sound, papermaking white sludge, slurry slag, salt sludge, lime slag, construction waste, etc., with a complex composition of solid wastes, high moisture content, odor and other characteristics.
  • Effect: This project through the ash temporary storage site (8 # plot to take relevant emergency management measures, to achieve the site precipitation separation collection and conduction and drainage, landfill solid waste fermentation gas collection and treatment, landfill leachate collection and treatment, etc., in order to achieve the reduction of landfill solid waste at the same time, eliminating the landfill on the surrounding environment caused by the hidden dangers, and minimize the landfill on the surrounding environment caused by the secondary pollution for the late landfill The proper treatment and disposal of solid waste in the later stage of the landfill will be controlled in the early stage.
  • Main project contents: landfill shaping and anti-seepage membrane covering project; vertical air-conducting gabion wells and leachate collection wells project; landfill area precipitation and drainage project; leachate collection and treatment project; landfill waste gas conduction and drainage, collection and treatment project.

Shandong Liaocheng City Gaotang County Ergandong Canal - Xinpu Gou River Channel Water Emergency Treatment Project
  • In May 2023, production wastewater from a chemical enterprise in Gaotang was discharged with rainwater into the Ergandong Canal-Xinpu Gully river channel, causing the water quality indicators of the river channel with a total length of 16.9km to exceed the standards. Because the Ergangdong Canal-Xinpu Ditch is connected to the Tujie River, it poses a greater environmental risk. Gaotang County Government organized the County Public Security Bureau and the County Ecological Environment Bureau to jointly initiate emergency management.
  • Resource Environment Group as an emergency management implementation unit, for the different pollution degree of each section of the river, developed a segmented management work program, the main process using “in situ chemical treatment + in situ bioremediation” process, assisted by “artificial oxygen enhancement + local ecological water replenishment “After 20 days of emergency treatment, the project was completed by the third-party monitoring organization on-site sampling and testing, the section of Ergan East Drainage reached the surface V water quality standard, and the section of Xinpu Gully reached the surface IV water quality standard, and the project was completed by the emergency treatment target.

Main Treatment Measures

  1. Immediately control the spread of polluted water quality by means of natural gates and dams and additional artificial earth dams;
  2. the high concentration of pollutants in the river section of the “in situ chemical oxidation” emergency measures to quickly reduce the pollutant indicators;
  3.  the low concentration of pollutants in the river section to enable “functional strains of in situ bioremediation + artificial oxygen enhancement” contingency measures for governance, the use of strains of bacteria, including nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria desulfurization bacteria and so on;
  4.  on the management of the river section, appropriate ecological water replenishment, increase river water mobility to strengthen the inoculation of functional strains of bacteria in the river sediment proliferation, enhance the self-purification capacity of the river water environment.
